Solid value and comfort overall.
Positive: Location was convenient. There was enough within walking distance to meet most needs. Also when needing to head into the city, Uber was fairly fast and fairs were reasonable
Negative: The only negatives I can think of were the steps were kind of a pain, especially late at night. And there was renovating going on in the unit right next to ours, so it was sometimes quite loud.
