Unfortunately, we were in town for business with our nonprofit, and this place was within our budget, but it ended up being a pretty rough five days for our team.Every night between around 12–3 AM, the upstairs residents were extremely loud. The unit is inside an apartment complex, and it honestly sounded like people were either working out or doing construction above us late into the night. It kept our entire team awake most nights. The water also went out one afternoon, which left us stranded before an important meeting we needed to shower and get ready for.For the price, we expected a much more comfortable stay. I would strongly consider lowering the rate until some of the renovations and building issues are fully addressed. The HVAC also did not work properly for us. At times it became very hot, then suddenly very cold, but there was barely any airflow throughout the unit, making it uncomfortable the entire stay.Overall, our team is leaving exhausted instead of rested, which is unfortunate considering we traveled here for important nonprofit work.

This property was perfect! It was close to all of the DC attractions. The place was so clean and the beds were super comfortable! It was nice to have more space than a suite in a hotel room for my family of 5. The host gave great instructions on checking in and out. They were available instantly. Highly recommend this place.

Yes, great communication and information prior to check in.
