Nice, safe stay. Listing needs improvement. Positive: Apartment was very welcoming. Nice quiet location. Felt secure and safe. Amenities were very nice. Negative: Laundry is not included as per the listing. There are laundry facilities on the property but it is pay-only. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was disgusting and we had to clean it- it stunk so bad.

It is a good facility, clean and safe. Positive: I liked the facility of a full equipped kitchen. Negative: I would have liked to have a bottle of cooking oil there. The only item that I missed.

Positive: L'appartamento è grande e confortevole, i letti molto comodi e la cucina attrezzata e dotata di tutti i comfort. La zona è silenziosa ma vicino ai mezzi di trasporto e aree di interesse. Buona la comunicazione con il proprietario. Negative: Il riscaldamento era acceso e faceva molto caldo, nonostante avessimo spento il termostato e i radiatori. Poteva essere più pulito, soprattutto gli asciugamani del bagno.

Great comfy place to stay close to DC, Metro, and dining. Positive: The kitchen was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels, coffee maker as well as Nesscafe. 2 nice sized TVs. Over all a nice space to unpack that felt home like. Over all as described, clean, also in a quiet neighborhood and parking right next to the building was a huge perk. Negative: The bathroom was pretty small but functional, but was clean and well kept, so not really problematic.

Foi muito boa e feliz. Positive: Do charme do apartamento, dos móveis , roupa de cama tudo branquinho. Negative: Sugiro que na divulgação não coloque 3 camas. Mas sim , 1 cama, 1 sofá cama e 1 colchão inflável. Pois este fator me deixou surpresa.
